Who we Are
MAXX SECURITY was founded by Fred Baah, a Canadian Armed Forces Artillery soldier. Located in Shilo MB, the business provides uniformed security guards, Loss prevention security, security audits and referrals to commercial buildings, retail businesses, as well as special event venues.

While working towards his Sociology degree at Brandon University, Founder Fred Baah is nothing short of hard working. A motivated and driven individual who strives in task accomplishment. Not only does he fight for our country but also dedicate his time working with youth at risk in addition to operating this company. His experiences over the years and his conducts makes him the right person to approach for this field of work. Before the military he studied International Business Administration at Seneca College in Toronto. He also worked various jobs from retail to security to managing and operating recreation facilities in the GTA. His experiences with people is undoubtedly one that’s with ease.
When he joined the military, he excelled very quickly at his tasks and found himself taking on other occupation unrelated to his trade and excelled at them also. He also participated in strong contenders as well as played and coached soccer in the military. Fred also volunteered part of his time helping with the Citizens On Patrol Program as well as Fire Fighting during his deployment in Afghanistan as Artilleryman. He now aspires to helping people gain employment through his company by hiring and training retired or ex military personnel as well as international students and people from various geographic locations and demographics.

Maxx Security isn’t just a company but a family. We rely on each other and work well to the best of our ability. Good isn’t good enough that’s why at Maxx Security we strive for exceptional work and one that is unique at best. Franklin Amaechi is the manager for Network Designing and Information Technology. He oversees the day to day operation of the website as well as any issues network related. Ashley Fisher is the Operations manager who helps with the day to day operation of the business be it contracting, scheduling training or keeping employees updated on company events. Finally, the crew who are out in the field daily, proudly wearing the company uniform and doing exceptional work. Jordan, Cynthia, Rakan to mention a few; without these hardworking and honest employees Maxx Security will not be where it’s at presently.
